Verbal Communication Patterns (Directness)

"Verbal Communication"

Hello, welcome back with me ...

This time I will discuss "Verbal Communication Patterns".
First of all, do you know what is "Verbal Communication Patterns" ????

Verbal communication as communication relating to or in the form of words.  This includes spoken or oral rather than written communication.

For your information, Manggarai is still divided into several regions, namely East Manggarai, West Manggarai, and Middle Manggarai but they still have a similar culture.  My parents came from two different regions. My father from East Manggarai, my mother from West Manggarai, therefore I explained in general about "Verbal Communication Patterns" in my culture.

The first thing manggarai people tend to be more polite in the use of language, this is based on the languages they use.  They have two languages, the first language is used for everyday conditions the second language is more standard because it is specific to formal events or other customary events.  The second thing they love is a conversation, and sometimes they often master the conversation, however, they don't like it if someone interrupts the conversation.  They can be seen as "Bowling" type, especially if an older person is talking to a younger person.  The third thing they tended to speak in a high voice.  Many people misunderstand because of this when it is their characteristic.  They assume that people who speak too slowly have weak, lazy characteristics. The last thing is they prefer people who talk to the point, or maybe "Sandwich" is good too :)

 I think that's all form me, thank u =)
